WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, the Senate passed an amended bipartisan housing package, the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, which includes five bills authored by Congressman Sam Liccardo (CA-16).
The package — which includes Liccardo’s BUILD Housing Act, the Unlocking Housing Supply Through Streamlined and Modernized Reviews Act, the RESIDE Act, the UNLOCK Act, and the Property Improvement and Manufactured Housing Loan Modernization Act— marks the most significant federal housing effort in decades.
